Balance Plus, Inc. is comprised of two separate divisions.

The Business Communications & Marketing Division a) provides internal and external communications products and services to small businesses and
b) supplements the efforts of the communications staff at larger companies and corporations.

Balance Plus’s Bookkeeping/ Accounting & Business Services Division, on the other hand, is more likely to be utilized by those businesses that are too small to warrant having their own internal bookkeeping staff. The exception would be in the area of business services, where our expertise could be useful to any number of businesses.

Who We Are


Cory McDade is the founder and CEO of Balance Plus, Inc. In addition, Cory serves As Director of the Bookkeeping/Accounting & Business Services Division.

Dane Pascoe is the Director of the Business Commmunications & Marketing Division, added to the company in 2006.

Together, Cory and Dane bring to Balance Plus a combined total of over 50 years’ experience in their respective fields.

Additionally, the company has a number of highly qualified associates from various fields who collaborate with Cory and Dane on an “as-needed” basis to provide whatever type of expertise is needed for a particular project.
